for the AT boot switch check TGR
for the forward pressure this is what I do when changing boots(if it is already set for the boots I am no longer using)
Place one old boot into the old BSL setting and see how it fits. Adjust the other binding untill the heel of the new boot needs as much pressure to fit on the duke(as in not locked in, but resting on that small piece that pushes the heel piece down).
Just set a boot on the binding and screw that back screw(that adjusts what BSL fits in the binding) until the back of the heel piece touches the back of the boot, take the boot out and give about 3 more clicks tighter. Take the boot with your hand and put it in the binding. The back sole of the boot should need some pressure to fit on to that small piece on the heel piece of the binding that pushes it down to lock you in.
