Boot Help

OK so right now i am in a pair of dalbello il moros but i am having a little problem with shin bang and my heel slips a tiny little bit.  i have already gotten foam put in and stuff.  my question is a should i just stay with them and put more foam in or should i give them to my bro and get a pair of hot doggers or solly ghosts   any advise

Your boot is too big if your heel is lifting up and getting shin bang. Try to get some bontex boards from your local shop, they will help take up volume in the boot.

DAMNIT!!! THIS IS WHY KIDS END UP WITH SHIT FITTING BOOTS!!!
boots that work for one person may not for another.  Meaning, DON"T EVER tell someone to buy a boot they have not tried on who's foot you have never seen.  Know why SPKs are comfy?  because they are super wide and not a good tight fit at all.  For the Il Moros if the width is right, than they may be to long.  Go to a shop with a decent fitter and ask him to fit your foot(meaning he will bring out a few pairs of boots that he thinks may fit you, and shell-fits them then has you try them on).  I know that I need 98 width, 326ish BSL, medium instep, tight heel and tight or medium tight toebox, so I try boots on that fit.  When I went to get new boots the fitter was not there, so I tried some Nordica's, FT's, Dalbello's, Salomon Ghost and Falcon, a few Langes, Rossi 120(something like that) and some other boots that fit the bill I just said.  Going in I though Lange Banshee Pros would be a great fit and very stiff, but I found them loose feeling with a massive toe box and strangely soft for labeled 135 flex.  The Solly Falcon CS Pros felt soo perfect, followed by the Rossi 120s, and nothing else did it for me.  I got the CS Pros.  Now I am more stoked for next season.  The end.

If you already put foam in your boots putting more in will probably not solve the problem. They're most likely too big and you should look for a smaller boot.

Don't get SPK's they're glorified rental boots with leather on them.
Salomon uses cheap materials for their liners so they pack out super easy. And you get wicked toe bang from them if you buy a size down.

i have taken them to my bootfitter and there the right bsl its just that my heel and calf area is way to damn skinny
