Afternoon Breakfast

No work today, so after sleeping in, I now have a batch of salsa infused scrambled eggs cooking. anybody else have a favorite late breakfast?

Omelet, with lots of cheese, ham, some pizza sauce, red peppers, shrimp and whatever other meat there is around the house, its soooo good

When I lived in a sorority, the cook and I were really close, so she would make me whatever I wanted. She made us the most BOMB breakfast for dinner, including strawberry creamcheese-stuffed french toast with homemade huckleberry syrup. So good. Unfortunately I quit/got kicked out before I could learn how to make it.

either scamble eggs with everything i can find in the fridge (ham, sausage, bacon, cheeses, salsa, peppers, etc)  or bacon egg and cheese burritos with franks red hot.  so good.

but classic egg favorites from perkins is the best! two eggs two pieces of toast hashbrowns and bacon and of course ketchup!
