sorry I ignored you, Im not sure what the question is so im going to answer the two ways I see the question
1: trailors are all about whats big and impressive. thats why you have big tricks big jumps and somethimes big bails because it creats a reaction. almost any emotional reaction in a movie or trailer is a good thing and bails are impressive and shocking.
2: when I watch a trailor and see a banger trick I know that the skier must have landed the trick for it to be in the trailer but unconciously when I watch it its an other story. when you watch a glimps of a trick your mind unconciously doesnt know if he will land it or not so that is why you get a reaction from the cut. of course after that you think about it ( even the slightest bit) and you know that he probably landed it. Its the teasing effect of this cut which creates a reaction of interest which is the most important part of a trailer. also even if you know he landed it, its not the same as actualy seeing how he landed it, how stoked he was after landing it, how stoked the crew was to see him land it, what circumstances went into the lead up to making that landing ( as in preperation, thinking, try's...) thats why showing a clip where you know he lands doesnt spoil it ( at least it shouldnt) because you dont get all of the other factors which you will get in the movie, you only get a part, a tease.
sooper sick!!!!!
