With the proper Jig, Bit, Vice, Glue, and Philips Screwdriver, it should take 15-30 minutes. Oh Yeah!! There is also this thing called experience, which relates to not drilling through the ski, countersink, stripping the hole, dimpled bases, mounting points don't match in location on the skis, and of course voiding the warranty for not being a Certified Tech

or get a shop to do it, that way when you rip them out your first day you have a warranty

i just freehanded a set of bindings, it ended up costing a little under 50 in terms of all the tools i had to buy for it, you need lots of shop skill, the exact tools, time, patience, and you have to start out on skis you don't really care about
