Skater From My Town... Sponsored by Saga??

I saw this on facebook and was like wtffff no way! Guess it's true, I was going to go into Boston with these guys too on that day.

With Saga sponsoring skaters, will snowboarders be far behind? I know this kid is a legit snowboarder, and Jordan Harper is good friends with him, so I'm kinda thinking they'll do stuff with him in the winter too. Whatever the case, it's still gonna be suuuuper weird seeing and hearing kids talk about Saga at my local park.

Yeah i hate to say it but skating is really played. Everyone at school has skate oriented shirts and shoes. The movie barely dead posted a few weeks ago got me pumped on inline because its underground and the people who are commited to it really care and its a passion. Thats how i feel about skiing. I like the fact that we still have hate from snowboard and the public who dont have a clue what we do. Smaller independent companies have more of a family feel. If saga wants to expand i think it would be cool if they stayed a mtn oriented company.

well.. hes in 4bi9, but 4bi9 by no means pays its riders, and amplid does not sponsor him, even though they should be as well. and yes, he skis with lots more skiers than snowboarders but that doesnt mean shit. people just have to stop all the snowboard hate cause its fucking dumb. use them to your advantage, feed off them, watch them on rails, get shit done... just stop fucking complaning about snowboarders. we all love the snow, we all love rails and we all love jumps all the same. i mean 4bi9 is going to have snowboarders in "so far so hood," and im sure a bunch of little girls are going to have a problem with it, but anyone who knows about anything that would be good for our sport, they would agree that its an amazing idea and the gap should have been filled years ago.

the park crew guy at my mountain is a snowboarder and reps saga. its not that bad if they ski too like he does, much respect. i think it would be cool to have a skate/ ski company, just maybe not a ski/ snowboard company

just because they are on the blog does not mean they are sponsored. i am on it like 5 times (claim) and im not sponsored, just my friend is a pro.
