So about two weekends ago i could land misty 5s, lincolns, and frontflips on the trampoline. Then last weekend i attempted a lincoln (i could basically land them every time) and completely fell of the trampoline on to the ground.
It looked something like this:

So basically i flipped sideways while moving forward... I tried again and landed on the padding but it still hurt.
So now i whenever i try any invert besides a frontflip i get really scared and pussy out.
Is there any way to overcome this fear and just go back to being able to do lincolns and mistys again?
