Years skiing

reading another thread on straight skis where someone posted that they have been skiing for something like 40 years, got me thinking.

How long have the good people of NS been skiing for?

I started when I was 3, so 19 years for me. I would not have it any other way

7 years. Started in third grade, took 3 years off to snowboard. Realized skiing is better and have been doing it for 2 years since.

It's all got to do with the time spent on snow

I could say I've been skiing for 23 years, but really someone who skis 60 days a season and who has only been skiing for 5 years would have a stack more ski time than me.

I have been skiing since I was two but didn't get into freeskiing until this past season. I am 17 but turning 18 in around three months so its been a while. And I'm with ya. Skiing is the best.
