im siiting here with my moms english bulldog and thinkin about how legit it is....

we also have a napolitan mastiff which is about 6 feet tall when he stands up... he weighs 175 and isnt fat at all... he is also legit....

but my top four would be

yellow lab

nepolitan mastiff

German Shepard

English Bulldog....

except i dont know if i want dogs when i live on my own... its to heart breaking when the go to doggy heaven

I have two dogs, a rottweiler and a beagle. While I love the beagle to death, shes awesome, such a cute dog....she does have some faults. Her bark is insanely loud. I don't think I could ever live in town ( I live out in the county now).

The rottweiler is just a fabulous dog. He is the sweetest and most friendly dog, he is super strong, I always feel safe around him, he's great with little kids, they are also a pretty healthy breed in general and they are low maintenance. He is like owning a bear. There are really no downsides to owning a rottweiler :)

Another dog that I love and will have eventually is the staffordshire bull terrier.

OMFGG! that is amazing!! i agree labs are pretty much the greatest dogs ever. so versatile...thats why i love getting lab mutts from the humane society. my boxer + lab mix is one of the coolest dogs in the world!

my moms taking care of 2 of these and I saw them today...one of them was the biggest dog I have ever seen, probably weighed 250. It was absurd.

dude all dogs are the best.

but i really want an english bulldog one day

or a weiner dog, those dogs are sooo funny but i heard they have a lot of back problem, doesn't suprise me.

i have a rat terrier (looks like a jack russell) and he is pretty funny but he is hella gay (like actually homo)

Good lord, I was not expecting that.  My dad does a lot of hunting and has always had versatile hunting dogs.  First it was a wired haired pointing griffon, and now a german drattar.  DO you hunt with your's?

I don't own one yet, but that's what I want for graduation next year. I don't hunt, so no I won't be, but I want a highly intelligent dog that can be trained. Plus they look so badass.

A few notes about this breed.  First off, its a great family dog and great personality.  And it's true they are very smart.  But they can also be very territorial and sometimes aggressive.  We had only one with a biting problem, but it could have been bad.  Our current one is extremely loyal to my dad, who trains her, but isn't nearly as close to anyone else.  She is reluctant to even leave his side when I need to walk her.  And they are normally very expensive also because they are bred for pointing and retrieving.

yeah dude our mastiff is nuts.... when hes on our property if someone whose not family is present he goes fuckin nuuuuts.... but not in a crazy way.... but since hes the size of a fucking horse its scary..... my mom is terrified because we love our dog so much but i guess if a kid hopped the fence to cut through our yard and it was just him and the kid alone in the backyard Benny would go to town on him... and when they say go to town about a mastiff they mean KILL which is scary.

awww my cute dog, he got put down about a year and a half ago, i miss him! He was a Portuguese water dog. Here is a pic of him when he was 3 months old.. SO CUTE
