you'll get it.
Make yourself some gloves out of work gloves and cutting board.
Learn how to do a proper drop-knee position
Grab the "rail" of your board and start ripping heelside turns on a wide road.
Lean farther and farther off the board and stick your hand out, just don't put much weight on your slide hand because it will stop your turn.
rinse, repeat.
