winner. most mainstream tv shows are fucking dumb. I bet the thread creator enjoys a nice episode of greys anatomy after watching lost then maybe some gossip girl. wake the fuck up people, watch some quality shows like the wire. hbo knows how to put a series together. lost is fucking cashgrab, shit makes no fucking sense unless you're 13 in your head.

Ok, I agree with you to some extent, but chill out man. I watch TV for a bit of entertainment, not to put my mind to an extreme work out. And no I'm not saying I'm too stupid to understand the wire.

You think Lost is bad, in comparison to the 95% of truly shit programs out there, I'd say it does the job it supposed to. Not everything in life needs be Tarantino, best thing in the world I've ever seen type of thing.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but IMO trhe only attraction to this show is how ridiculously forcedly complicated the plot is.  I mean, I don't find it entertaining, the actings silly and the cliffhangers are cliche.  But " oh you can't just jump into LOST", so you get sucked into buying the seasons or getting summaries.  Just my thoughts, but then again, I don't watch much tv anyway.
