Its pretty fucking awesome, ive only done it twice skiing but both times were great. You do get scared easier but once you bust thru that wall its like there is no stopping you. Like my second time we were night skiing at wolf mountain which is this pretty small crappy hill outside of SLC, got pretty blitzed and i just got new full tilts, i felt like i couldnt control my skis because my i could feel my feet moving. But then i hit one box and after that i was so stoked to ride.

its great,my only issue is when there's someone  with you that doesn't usually smoke and for some reason they are like hey you know what, we are in the middle of the woods its snowed 50 cm's in the last week and we are on the side of a big fucking mountain, i'm gonna get high, so me and my buddies smoke like usual, every once in the non blazer takes a hit and it doesn't appear they inhale. after your done the guy becomes the biggest fucking idiot you have ever met, taking his skis off in the woods, post holing up to his nipples..... its bad but this is usually the time i peace out, leaving who ever it is to be peranoid as hell and try and get themselfs down. smoking weed and skiing is good for alot of people,
if you are a person that doesn't smoke, or only smokes at partys, don't be a burden on your friends and get high when you ski.
i know working on the hill, i was a bitch if we didn't have our pre-weather report puff in the morning.

i said the only way california is getting out of debt is to legalize weed.
i refuse to believe that its gonna happen before canada does it. or atleast i hope, or i'm gonna need a green card

first time I ever smoked was towards the end of an epic pow day in VT.  lost the group, got kind of scared when I was forcing turns.  It just seemed to require a lot of concentration, but then I got used to it and skied for another few hours very comfortably.  Remember parts of it, just charging under a liftline, same run over and over, but it wasn't tracked out and still so deep.  THough not really one I'd recommend, it was a crazy first experience and challenging at parts.  Now I prefer to just chill the few times that I smoke, sometimes skiing.  each one is good enough by itself that I feel like I don't need the other.  end of the day though, skiing<any drugs/alcohol

and think of the possible 'bang from roboskiing! lol

a lot of people are saying that it makes them tired. During the winter when I find a bag that doesn't cash you out, but makes you wanna get up and do shit (forgot which is sativa and which is indica), I make sure I can find the same stuff for a ski trip. always makes for a fun time.

i pretty much blaze every time when i ski, i dont know how you cant think its not fun, just fucking cruising down the groomers is awesome. Plus when you blaze in the mts of CO the altitude gets you 10 times higher lol

i have a tendency to forget what im doing when high. as you can imagine this probably wouldn't work out well on jumps  and rails. however, i love to burn and just cruise around the mountain with some good friends. bringing some snacks, and a fat sack makes for a good day!

hmm I smokes sometimes but never tried skiing... I will eventually, but I think it would make me too like mellow and soft and I cant imagine myself skiing well like that. I dont know how Tanner does it..

Once again, unbelievable the amount of ignorance in this thread.

Don't post if your 12, and you just "did pot" behind the school for the first time yesterday. Or better yet have never even blazed but seen above the influence commercials.

Sativa strains are not at all hard to find. Smoking does not make you ski badly, unless you get completely retarded.

For pretty much everybody it lets you try more things than you normally would and gives you some extra flow to go with that hip hop beat blarin in the head phones.

Especially helpful for those of us on the east coast. Makes you forget that your riding an ice sheet in the park, and lets your throw down regardless.

You don't worry about trying stuff, you just do it.

And people who keep saying only good for pow are retarded. Awesome in pow, obviously, but great all around.

If your riding ice, you won't be throwing down as hard prolly. Till you burn one down, then you'll be bombin the hill, tucking full speed into the biggest jumps you can find.

And occasionally saying stupid shit, falling over in the trail, and taking multiple lunch breaks
