What would be the best jacket(warm for summit) for under $280? where can you buy it online? (sessions, HH, Orage??)

if you really want the warmest jacket, get a puffy. but generally, the best jackets aren't warm at all (cause they're shells). warmth comes from layering, so you should be looking for the most comfortable, most waterproof, most breathable shell. then wear some polypro and heavyweight fleece under it, and you'll be set.

check out altrec.com exspecially arc'teryx shells and and mountain hardware. then polypro i like patagonia the best but all the others are good too and the fleece about anything on altrec will do dandy
