i know many good pro skiers who don't smoke da herb. Here's 2 of the best: Dumont and Olenick. They are exceptions though, don't be afraid to kill brain cells

^coming from the man himself. I get stoned every once and awhile and ride my sled, gets me into the zone, nothing like flying across medows at 60+ miles per hour in the middle of the night when your baked.

Its all personal for you. I tried it skiing for the first time a month ago on a pow day at sugarbush. It was just a little different. I was more relaxed and more aware of everything, especially in the air. But that's just me. I didnt blaze til I was completely stupid...just a little bit.

yea man...have they even proven that pot affects anything but your lungs? I mean i know its suppose to make you less motivated if you do it all the time...but no one has ever said that it hurts you in any other way. Any feed back on this shit?

You know what I have'nt smoked in 3 years, that was coming off of 6-7 yrs of smoking. I feel fuckin great. My skiing improved a lot. I have not sketched more since I quit.

One of the best parts of this sport is the adrenaline rush. Scientifically tetrahydrocanibinol(thc for the idiots out there) lowers the adrenal effect on the body. Plus you won,t see guys that have been smokin for 15+yrs havin any luck w/the ladies. There is a reason it will slowly start to mess w/ your sexdrive. I know someone is gonna come back saying 'damn I am a pimp wid da ladies. No shit it won't kick in yet You are around your prime age for that. Once your not though, it might start to affect you.

HUMANS ARE NOT INVINCIBLE! Everything affects us a little. But if you are scared to drop a crazy run w/out a little help, then go ahead. It is just a faze in your life. if in 10 years you are still smokin heavily, and your health is great, then congrats to you my friend.

Because I was gonna say, I know lawyers and my friends dads and shit that still smoke pot..

Some of them even smoke like a joint a day and shit.. And they are all married and shit and dont seem to have probs..

i bet your dad smokes pot just about every one whos parents were born duringthe 60s and 70s and probly smoke pot becuase they were hippies when they were kids. youd be super surprised at the number of old people who smoke bud
