I am using it right now kinda nice. for those that dont know it is a distro of mandrake linux that loads right from cd, it is a full operating system and can use USB pen drives to store files ie no hard drive needed
I havent done much with it just watched the divx movie killer bean and it plays divx fine so this could be nice for a divx box or something. besides that just a little websurfing. the only bad thing is if you dont have a usb drive then it only saves files to ram so they are lost when you reboot. i am sure you could save to a hard drive too butthen why would you need a product like this?
i am sure it can but i havent played with it enough yet to figure out how, but you also have to remember it might not be able to recognize windows partitions on your hard drive, but then again maybe it will.
it's just a live boot cd that makes a partition in ram. knoppix and a bunch of other distros have been doing that forever. what's the big deal? (not intending to sound like a dick in anyway)
