Ive been to like 10 shops and none have them in 25.0 or 25.5 -- just 26.0 and up :(
I can't goto camp because I have no boots. If there are any other boots you would recommend, go ahead

if your in the park for most of the day try out some soft boots - rossi soft 1 or kneissel rail. if your willing to spend more money, look into the atomic zones.

don't just pick a boot and say that that is the boot you want. every company has a different shaped boot that caters to different foot sizes. i suggest going to a shop that reccomends their fit, and get it done right. if it's a good shop they will offer free work on the boot at any time. boots are your most important piece of equipment, do it right.

don't, no matter what you do get the rail boot. they of pieces of shit. see if you can find a riahcle flexon in the size. really nice, comfortable, light soft boot that does everything well, and is cheaper than the 1080.

Thanks for the input so far, I'm blown away by the responce
I get good service from the shop I'm at now, but being end of season nobody has much of anything left. I race most of the year and need a boot that wont destroy me when I go in the park. Jibbing in my world cup lange boots hurts like a bitch. I would get the lange concept boot if I could because I get deals from look/lange/dynastar but they arent available in canada, so I cant try them on before I buy them. I tried on the banshee 9's and the 1080s, and last years 1080s in 26.0 and I like the flex of the 1080's the best.
The raichles look interesting but I dont know where to get them.
I'm going to sunshine next week, so if anyone knows any good stores up there LMK
thanks

Unfortunately the 26.0 is too big.

yeah the ten80 is probably a good choice if they fit. i'm riding a pair now and i get a lot less shin bang than before. i reccomend getting sinus pads put in to keep your foot back and silicoln heels to prevent heel bruising. you might want to try the rossi softs too if your looking for a nice soft boot.

Muldoon,
I'm from barrie, and I live in collinwood on weekdays at school, but ive been to and called every shop. I deal mainly with G&B and they're great, but they dont have the right size. another problem is a bunch of the big store owners and the local salomon rep are going to whistler tuesday for the ski festival in whistler.
also if anyone has a used pair (in 25.0 or 25.5) they could hook me up with i'd be willing to do that. I've got cash, or a wakeboard, or id even trade a whole burton snowboard/boot/bindings combo. I just need some jib boots quick!

yeah i was gonna say your best bet is whistler. you won't find any on sale up there tho. Jardines in Kamloops BC usually has good sales around now, and i know they carry those boots. it just depends on how badly you want them.

Check out the Fresh shop in Calgary, if not there then some place in Banff will carry them I'm sure

if youre getting the 1080s get em fit and then like wear em for a full day so theyre formed to your foot, it took mine a surprisingly long time to get fitted to the shape of my foot

26 is tiny, you are a small guy. Who says you need the 1080 boot anyways. you can get other boots that are good too.

26 isnt tiny at all. i have a shoe size of 9.5, but a ski boot size of 25.5 (equivalent of 7.5) you would be amazed at how much performance you get from a small boot. also, it prevents toe bruising and the boot flexes in line with your ankle joint and about 1000 other good things.
The reason I'm getting the 1080 is so i dont kill my shins and knees jibbing and in the bumps. I already have race boots for steeps and well, uhh racing. I'm sure there are other great boots out there, but these seem like the right boot for me.
these are last year 1080 anyways, which are the same as this years pro models. for 400 bones (CDN) its a pretty good price too.

yeah. there's all these people that have their shoe size as their boot. and they're like shit your boots are small.... and then they complain about blisters and toe bang.
