just bought a new pair of head mad trix. 2 questions. should i take the binding plate off, and does anyone suggest any killer bindings to mount?

yes, i would take the plate off, and i would recomend Look Pivot 10's or 12's, depending on the DIN you need

NOT the salomon 912s. i broke two of them on my first and second day of skiing. the tyrolia mad flex 9 binding is sweet, din's to 15 and it matches the ski so it looks cool.
style, attitude, drive that's all you need to suceed.
