DVD replication started up yesterday, so we hope to be shipping by the end of next week. Anything shipped with 'normal' shipping goes USPS 1st class mail, which should take no more than 3 or 4 days to get most anywhere in the continental US. 'Express' shipping gets your vids shipped out USPS Priority Mail, which gets your vid to you in 1 or 2 days.
All pre-orders placed before the 10th of October are guaranteed to be shipped the day the DVDs show up.
