so i tried my first backflip sunday at mtsnow, off the last kicker in gulch for those who are familiar.
so i finally grew a pair, popped, threw the arms and head straight back. then, i uh, stopped rotating. I just remember watching the back of the kicker/deck upside down while floating. i ended up landing on my head/neck/back and winding myself.
so, what are some tips. i know comitt, but how. Should i do the trick where you throw your arms back, and then tuck them under my knees? or will that throw me off even more?
