this summer i was thinking of starting blading. i have played hockey before so that should help.
im really looking for maby advice, and any ideas for starting skates?

blading is way fun, i do it regularly
start with cheap skates, i prefer hardshells to softshells because theyre much lighter
get really nice bearings, id say they help you the most
and a tip....stagger (one leg in front of the other) on everything so you dont fall

i suck at blading hard.... but dont lean on your front foot while you learning rails like on skis it tends to stick and you tend to land on your face... go for 50 50 weight distribution

ya thanks you know how much blades can go for? im looking for used and new prices. ya i was watching some vids and i noticed people were landing staggared but i didint know why

i got mine for 200 new they're pretty decent theres a pair in ski equipment right now for 50 shipped i think?

im startin this summer too and i got a pair of k2 fatty pros for 150, shipped to US, where i got someone to receive them so i could pick them up. got them from Inline Warehouse.
