I think the best way to learn is to hang out in the park, and watch some other skiers do their shit. Try and learn from them, inrun speeds, grabs, spins etc. Watching guys who know what they are doing is a great learning tool.
Then start experimenting man. Start off small, straight airs on small kickers. Workon grabs and keep working on them until you feel comfortable, and can show a certain amount of style. Then Spins, watch, learn and try it. 1s, 3s etc. Then mix it up with your now smooth-ass grabs, and progress to bigger and better things.
Rails can be learnt easy, just have the balls to try. Progression is fun and once you sart stomping it will soon come.
Just remember, watch and learn, be friendly to other skiers and have fun!
Peace
