as stated earlier, i think the os is great, i just wish it had a better delivery.Â
in reply to hobosexual and crazyfuck, you didn't make a single logical argument at all, I'd hardly call that a "pwn" unless my balls had just dropped a few months ago and I didn't have enough logic to see that the argument made doesn't hold up at all. The only person making sense at all in this thread is ItsBackflipTime, who actually uses logic and fact to back up the argument he is making against me. Honestly if it was on Tmobile and had a keypad, I would buy an iphone. Cingular/att has shitty service, at least in colorado, and i like to look elswhere while typing, I don't like to look at the screen to make sure i got everything right.Â
As to the warranty issue, whoever brought that up, you have the insurance through a third party company, not apple or ATT, neither of whom offer an extended/enhance warranty/insurance. if you add up the amount you spend on that by the time it is actually the only coverage besides apples warranty, you would have enough saved to buy a new phone anyway.
also to whoever said a case that doesn't cover the screen is to absorb impact, you failed highschool physics. A hard plastic with no elasticity will transfer the shock straight through to the device, absorbing almost none of the impact. the case in some instances might actually increase the shock that the device recieves upon impact rather than reducing it. This only applies to hard plastic cases, which make up the majority of the category, not rubber cases, which I know can also be purchased but very few people actually use. This is not related to the iphone argument, but to phone/ipod cases in general.
