New boots, do i need a remount?
i am going from saloman 30.0 to a dalbello 29.5, do i need to pay to getmy bindings adjusted or is this easy to do myself? thanks
no, you can adjust. what bindings?
No need for a remount, you will need to adjust the forward pressure. Depending on what kind of binding you have, there will be some time of screw below your heelpiece DIN adjuster... for example on deadbolts, its just a smaller screw that needs to be screwed so that it sits flush with the housing.
they are jib 12's, thanks
if the tech mounted them with the heel in the middle of the track then there should be plenty of movement available to you - either way you shouldn't need a remount
ok thanks ill adjust them when i get home from work, im going skiing today so i was getting anxious
If your not sure what you are doing I would have a shop or somebody familiar with the bindings set them up for you. If you mess around with forward pressure and it is not set properly it will make your din setting worthless. Had a friend blow out his knee that way. Besides it will cost less than like 10 bucks (my local shop did them for free)
