depends really, most central europe resorts open mid-december (fully) and close late april. Lots of exceptions tho. Glacier resorts open again in the summer.

err, tignes, les deux alpes, saas fee, hintertux. Ive been to them all and they all have sick set ups in the summer. Check out saasfeeride.com

And Les Diablerets ! Quite a few pros go there a couple of weeks (Hall, CR, Candide, ...) so the park is ready to house them ! But it's only opened end of june and july in summer. Then it reopens as soon as the snow is back (october usually).

i went to school in st louis for last year... took winter off... and driving home to seattle, i saw a sign for mt crescent outside omaha. so im like shit, ive got to see what this midwest ski hill thing is like... it looked a lot like that. it was in the spring though so there was no snow. they had a rainboaw rail stuck in the ground... it was made with two pieces, two quarter circles... they were tied together... there was a swaying gep between the two pieces... id be really scared to have to hit it.
