So I've just been wondering as to why we have both. I realize that Classifieds were the first to come, but as of lately, many people have been simply using the Ski Equipment Forum for buying, trading and selling. Personally, I dont feel that the Classifieds area is not being used. There are very few products there, many of which have been unattended by the seller.
As for the GearSwap, I think it was a really good idea, but I dont feel that is it being used. Lets face it, the majority of us are kids who want to make as much money as we can, and few want to lose a percentage of thier profits.
What I guess I'm trying to get at, is to keep the GearSwap for those who want to make secure transactions, but get rid of the Classifieds. I feel the Classifieds ar pretty much the same as what is happening in the Ski Equipment Forum.
Any other thoughts?
With my most sincere regards,

yea, we might have to copy TGR, but techtalk/gearswap works out really well

Yes. Both are useless. Or a more advanced and useful Classifieds.
