alright, i have my new burton pants, they're really puffy/big at the top, then around my boots they get all thin, like they fit around snowboard boots.
does this happen to anyone else?

my ronin pants are absolutely amazing...they are baggy all the way around and go to the floor in the back and almost covers my front buckles. They are wicked comfortable and thats the reason I bought them. It is retarded what has happened though

Get a clue and support skiing. No wonder snowboarders laugh at skiers.

yeah thats what i've worn the last 2 years, but they dont fit me anymore so i have some black obermeyer pants for 40 bucks....looks just like some black burton cargoes except it doesnt say burton all over them......and costs like 100 bucks less. but i dont boycott burton just because its a snowboarding company. i just buy whatever is best quality for the best price.

My burton pants are plenty baggy at the bottom and have absolutely no problem fitting over my boots. And with regards to buying Burton in general, I will continue to do so until Oakley or Orage or whoever else starts making quality gear at prices that most people can afford. Or at least makes enough of it that you can actually track it down and buy it. Oakley 20k/20k stuff is almost impossible to find. And it's still nothing like their old stuff. The Radiator Jacket was pretty much the sickest jacket Oakley ever made but it cost $1100. Start making good stuff again and price it reasonably and I'll be back in a second. In the meantime I'll buy Burton AK or 3L stuff.

I have a psir of the Corduroy Ronins and they fit fine over the boots. And i have burton pants cause they are affordable. Not all of us have mommies who will dish out $400 so you can have fancy orage or sessions or Oakley pants

Do Orage and Siver talk down about snowboarding? If they have I have not seen it. I have no problem with snowboarding companies who do not sponsor skiers, I will not support them, but I am not bothered by them. Burton has had an anti-skiing attitude, that I do have a problem with.
