I lift. i was just readin that site on ski equipment about skinny kids and it kinda scares me how skinny some kids are.

i'm 6'5 like 195 pretty skinny i know but can lift a ton i powerclean 275 if anyone knows what lift that is. and started d-line

I probably wouldn't start a thread about lifting hence the rediculous claiming. But I do lift in the school year, 195 and cleaning 275 is pretty unbelieveable dude, you must have good form or something.

good call. i just got surgery on my arm though!!!! and can't do any tri workouts for 2 months i'm gonna get so skinny its gonna suck.

anyone know any workouts to get your neck huge?

gross. i hate it when guys have really thick necks. Steroids does that.

anyway, im a girl and im not into really heavy lifting or bulking up, etc. but im really educated when it comes to lifting/diet/fitness, and i lift weights 6 days a week. whenever i have a question about something or i want to spot target something i go to this site

i suggest you browse around the site. its really informative, and if you want any supplements you can get them through that site for pretty good prices.

i used to lift, but it got old really fast
and i got tired of being around meathead kids that sit in class and brag about how much they can bench, and claim 99 percent of the time.

Im 5'5" 130lbs and was maxing 180 on bench when track ended, cant remember the rest, i need to find my sheet somewhere

im 5'11" 145 and max out at 175 but max isnt what benching is about anyways, my friend is like 5'6" 200lbs and he maxes at 340lbs, were both freshman, hes an animal

haha i suppose i should hop on the claim wagon too eh?

im 5'9" 140 and can bench 165 lbs. but i probably cant anymore i havent lifted in a good 2 weeks. my back was bothering me a lot. does anyone here take like creatine supplements or anything like that? oh and if there is a cult ill take an invite.

dude i know what you mean, my cousin is 5'9" 165 and can bench 290 he is so fucking ripped it is unbelievable. hell be a senior this year though... and its funny cause our soccer team, is bigger than our football team lol.

I just started getting into it. I'm 6'1' 180. My max bench is like 180. One of my friends in the most naturally ripped person ever though. He doesnt work out at all, but he did a lifting comp at school and benched 275. He does a ton of physical labor though.

Hey don't rag on us skinny kids. I firmly believe a lot has to do with genetics. i'm 17, 5'9" and 135 lbs. i weigh 15 lbs more than my dad did when he graduated highschool. so its in my genes. I try to lift but its not on a consistant basis. whenever i do i drink a protein shake right after like i'm supposed to but i can't seem to gain weight. i'm a skinny kid and everybody considers me weak but i think being able to bench 160 lbs and squat 240 for a kid my size isn't bad. especially since i don't take gym. you wouldn't believe how much it sucks to not be able to gain muscle mass
