How to take a Photoshop Website and add links

i created a website in photoshop, and i'd like to make the links for each page. how do i do this, i was thinking i could do it w/ dreamweaver, making the hotspot link boxes. is there any other way? i dont understand PS splicing

use the slice tool to cut the layout up. it's easiest to number your slices left to right. then go to file > save for web and choose save all slices. import into dreamweaver and make a table where you can place all the images together. if that doesn't work well with your layout you can save the layout as one image in photoshop then go back and cut out what you would want to be clicked on and create a new layer in dreamweaver and place the clickable images over the original layout to match them up.

nah, don't do it like that. use imageready to slice it up, it can export it with the CSS so you don't have to arrange any of it yourself.
