NS is there any thing you guys can share with me about how YOU mentally/physically prepare for bigg jumps?
Me Iam a good skiier and all but I dont push my limits on actaul giant jumps. I had a bad time casing a jump once and bruised my heel hella hard.
So please NS give me YOUR step by step maneuvaer to prep for a jump you havent hit b4?
(i know im gonna get some "just huck it. or balls up.)
