thats what i get, but i get a dub cheese LIKE  A mac, you get the sause, lettuce, and what ever else comes on it, same price.

did anyone actually look at the picture? it has pot leafs and says marijuana...what was the reason to list what you eat at mcdonalds? "Best McDonalds" in the sense that a pot themed McDonalds would no doubt be the best McDonalds in the land, not "Best McDonalds," what do you get when you eat at McDonalds?
