is he double jointed or did that just take a lot of stretching? i have a plan to stretch my foot as if i was doing a mute so that i can get spancerized. would this work?

stretch every time you go skiing and everyday before bed and when you wake up. you become so much more flexible and its not that hard.

He just has super flexible ankles. Apparently when he skied on the silverstar team or whatever and they got fitness tests his ankles were a stupid amount above the average.

That makes no sense though. Theres definately something in his knees, since ankles have minimal movement in a ski boot. Its also his hips apparently as well.

man hips have nothing to do with it I'm pretty sure. My guess goes to a combination of the knee AND the ankle. both.
and for those who told it's an ugly grab, I'm half with you. I think it makes horrible pictures when he super-dooper tweaked, but in real-time action, it's crazy awesome!

Everytime I try to tweak my mutes that hard I rip my ski off :(  And yes I have bindings and a correct din, I just pull really hard.

is it even possible to have triple jointed hips becuase i read that too and told my science teacher and he sid its not possible becuase the hip is a ball and socket so its impossible to have triple jopinted hips becuase its not really a joint
