Could Some one please explain/post a pictureof this grab?

I heard about it on Jibberishgame.com And I guess Jacob Wester does it but I don't think I've ever heard of it nor seen it.

im guessing you bring your fooot up so your boot bottom is facing out and up to your knee. then grab over the right and under on the left side of the boot. then play a nasty riff
