I have never seen this before, WTF?

Its the anti postwhore system for NS...called spambuster 5000. It blocks people for posting more than 1 post per minute.

even though im not a postwhore...
if you open two tabs on your browser, type a reply to a thread in both of them, hit "reply" on one then change over to the other tab and hit "reply"
pretty sure that would take less than a minute or 20 seconds or whatever the time limit is.
