you have to complete the icon ritual before you get a picture next to your name, its a long and painful process

its fairly straightforward, you have to chug an entire bottle of ketchup and video tape of yourself doing it, the faster you chug, the cooler the icon you get

go to microsoft paint. and you can resize the picture by its pixels. make it 50 x 50 pixels and youre all set. or they have programs to do it for you
