Whistler highest level park waiver?

so i'm off to whisler in a week and i want to ride the highest level park when i'm there. the thing is that i'm under 19 and my parents aren't going to be there to sign. i've tried calling whistler and they've said numerous times they'd e-mail me one, but nothing has come. does anyone on here have a copy that they could send me? it would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
