they make custom fit to your foot boots, last year i bought a pair from a guy and they were formed to his foot and i was miserable

yea so you take his liners toss them in the micro wave for three min, pull them out jam in boots, and buckle your boots down to the point you loose circulation, and leave there until you cant stand the pain any more, then they will be properly molded to your feet.
