Tips on new grabs and getting the flexibility for those dumont trucks

i can only do a good blunt with my spins and im trying to learn new grabs before i can call myself a good skiier, i have triied to do different ones but have always fell of and screwed up any tips ns?

Wait for the grab. I've been really working on going for the grab in the last 1/4 of the spin instead the of the first 1/4, when you grab early you screw up and die. Also, stretch.

but wut other grabs should i now work on after a blunt? im trying like trucks with my knees bent just at my boots

i can get trucks like every time and im not that flexible. the trick is bending your knees just enough that you can grab it THEN extending your legs and keeping your grip. after a few tries you can get them consistently.

be able to bend over, legs straight and together, and put both hands flat on the ground.

^not even, with ski boots (not the spk) your already bent over so its even easier

well i can do what i said, and it helps a ton. stretch every day in every way you can think of.

learn true nose mute. just grab mute then slide on up to the tip. those are my absolute favorite grab ever made

Stretch every day for at least 15 minutes. You will see results in a couple weeks if you are dilligent about it.

i need to start stretching more in the day, does it matter when u do it? night morning afternoon etc?
