Tips on steezen out spins

i ve been nailing alot of spins this year off bigger and bigger stuff but i cant grabs or style into anything except 180s. i always freak out in the air and i cant the grab in. any advice?

I had the same problem. It helps to start your spin and not grab until after you spin 180, then grab for the last rotation.

Keep you hands down and try to bring your feet to you hands, not your hands to your feet.

i learned 3 grabs and 5 grabs....5's are hard....but i just pop and suck my knees up and grab

noted. i got a 360 grab once but i had no clue how. it felt like a big 180. but better!

i have trouble getting cool grabs. i can safety seven, but like mutes liu's and drivers i can only do with 3's and occasionaly 5's

right after you start spinning bring your hands to your skis in one motion to grab then keep your shoulders u[right and lead with your head.
