corcked 3 on trampoline
does any one have any tips on getting out of them. i can get into them fine but i always land on my back or hip.
Try a motion like you are sitting down onto a chair and start a motion of getting out of a chair around 270 degrees to straighten yourself out. I can't do them on skis but I can do them into a pool.

the only way that i know of, is if you want to break your neck trying to get out of it, thats how hard you would have to throw forwards

Break this trick down. Since it's only a 360 spin that means you have to figure out a way to be corked by 90 degrees, stay off axis to around 270 and pull it on axis within 90 degrees or so.
This doesn't give you much room to work with.
You can not whip it around. If you chuck it or whip it from the start then you are going to do way more then 360 degrees.
Bounce normal, don't lean one way more then the other. Once you are in the air do a reverse safety grab and drop your shoulder into it (Once again, don't THROW your shoulder. if you throw anything you will continue to spin more)
Drop your shoulder, look at the ground or at the sky - depending how you do it.
Stay tweaked out like you are sitting in a chair. Once you get to 270 degrees just bring your head out of it slowly. Don't throw your head. just slowly bring it out and look in front of you.
Think about FLOATING this trick with as little movement as possible.

Also, when skiing you can carve into it, which helps to bring it around a lot, but on a tramp you cannout do this. So something I do in kinda bounce around the edge of the tramp so Im leaning into it a little bit, like I would be if I was carving off the lip. Once you leaning into it you have to throw it, but dont throw it like you would a three. Try to swing your hips around in front of you as you start your spin, then hopefully you will just come out of it.
When you get on skis just carve into it and throw it the same, you will be suprised how easy it can be.

i think that what makes it easier on skis is the weight on your feet. i find it hard to get around on the tramp, but when im skiing, it all flows into place because you have a different COG (center of gravity)

what i did was jump and then in the middle of my jump at the highest point i threw my opposite shoulder down and across and then that corked out the 3.

i ahve cork 5's down but whenever i got to a cork 3 i land on my back and once in a while a land one that feels like a cork 3 but my friends just say its a regular 3

it is VERY hard on the trampoline. I do them like a corked 5, but stall it sooo hard that I land at 3. I can only do them if I go REAL big on the tramp, or I don't have time to bring it back to my feet. they are retardedly hard.
