yes, don't wear skis on a tramp

find a place where you can water ramp, if you want to train WITH skis on

otherwise, a tramp with socks or whatever on is just fine

just tape em up. We've done it with snow boards and old skateboard decks that have splinters all over. some tape will fix it all up.
