Yeah, title pretty much explains it, I'm not all that great at rails but I was trying 270's off today and I dont really know how to generate the rotation. It seems like I get to the end of the rail and its impossible to set a spin on the way out. any tips?

just keep load pressure while your sliding and then explode off the end.

what kind of rail, if its a box try a backside 270 and to do that just spin harder onto the rail than you normally would and maintain your mommentum. if its a rail try to spin less onto the rail so instead of 90 you spin mabye like 65 so all you really have to do is like a 180 off

make sure you are kinda low on the rail/box so you can pop off. look at the end of the rail. then jump and spin making sure you continue to look over your shoulder until you got the rotation. doing it off rails is a lot easier than off boxes.

ya its definitely easier to spin off rails than boes i think... and i learned by just trying to spin 180 off first, and then slide the rest around. Then after a while you will pop harder and get the rest around.

Get on the rail then when you are about 3/4s of the way there just start looking over you shoulder. By the time you get off the rail should've spun a full 270

spinning is all in the shoulders. just be relaxed and stay low and just spin it move your shoulders first...

oh 1 piece of advice...
practice it on a box or rail with a somewhat steep landing.
I was practicing it on a rail with a flat landing and kept landing sideways and tore my MCL after a while. Well, only a small tear but still.

alright if its on a box, try to spin on it helps a lot. Spinning on gives you plenty of momentum for switch ups, 270 offs, ect. And if u can spin onto a rail go for that.
