yo man prob 90 percent of all the people here are gonna tell ya to go with the pocket rockets... so yea go with them... salomon has more experience with powder sheit where as this is line's first year making a true powder ski.
Ive heard that lines quality is up this year but they will still probably break if you ski some heavy snow. go with the better quality pocket rockets. youll pay extra but you wont regret it if you take a trip to mammoth after a huge dump of sierra cement.
id go with the mothership but if you can get a deal go for whatevers cheapest they are both good skiis.

-Cause im a Cracka-
go with the pockets i have them and have not had this good of a ski forever! dont go any shorter than the 175 or they are too small i would recomed the 185
pocket rockets kick ass there good for evreything i have the 175 and they rule but there heavy compared to normal twins and they feel like big wooden spoons at first
Salomon over Line any day of the week. Just remember, Pocket Rockets are not designed for the ice coast. I am so sick of fuckin people on those skis in the East Coast.
Go for Salomon for now. While Line is still making their skis in a X-country ski factory, I wouldn't buy them unless they were cheap.

The bicycle has got to be one of the most clever and cunning devices that we humans have ever invented. The wheel would be a close second, but we didn't so much invent the wheel as just find it, and besides, the wheel never really amounted to anything until people started putting it on bicycles.
Anythign line makes is gonna be waaaaayyyyy softer then anythign salomon comes out with...I have heard that the motherships suck. Go with the pocket rockets...and werd to what ozskier said....get em for what they were made for.
Peace,
Matt
