no they don't, they have pretty average life, edges are strong, but not the best. they are super hyped up. MSPs are really bombproof, though just because last years STLs had questionable durability people are associating it with all 4Frnt skis, kinda like line and the invaders (which was a prole in manufacturing that has been fixed for this year)

i ride msps and i have been pleased with 'em. if you are going to be spending time outside the park in the deep and steep, its the ski for you; the msps are not particularly great on the groomers, but they work well in the park and backcountry; if not, you might want to consider the armadas. both are great companies...
its hard to say that right now, because in the previous years MSP's were made in a factory in vancouver, but this year production moved to africa... so at this point in time no one can really say how the new ones hold up in the long term.. this african factory is supposed to be a good factory though so who knows
