Do you think rope swings help learning backflips for skiing.

Im not sure cause i cant do a backflip skiing but i can do it off "the rope swing" i hope it helps cause i have been getting good at backflips.

Rope swings are a good time. They don't really help you, but they help with the feeling of doing a backflip. Sickest thing, my little brother almost has a double backflip down.

rodeo 7s are much more fun than backflips on the swing. I haven't figured out how to just cork it yet, i always go inverted.

^suck your arms up so your hands are by your chest and bring your feet up to the side and set like your doing a rodeo from there and it usuallly works. I dont think it will help you much becides the feeling of flipping.

i think it helps keep my body stretched... and you do have to commit to it just like when your going off a booter. as far as spinning backflips, ive had several flops that hurt.
the one i hit is made from an old fire hose, its big enough to do doubles.

Ya you have to commit to it I have done many "flops" and it doesnt feel to good on raw skin. A shirt over the top of my swimsuit helps

First time i tried a backflip on skis, i landed it. First learn a backflip on a tramp, then do it on the ground. Then one you do it off a jump... piece of cake dude!

If there are handlebars on the rope swing it makes it much easyer.
