heres how:
First make the dimensions
2.Cut all the wood in the proper hieght lenght and stuff. Then when you cut the supports get a saw that can curve the wood so it will match up flesh like a band saw would do great. Then get like composite decking of a bendy but strong piece of wood. Then skrew that in a each support so you have the bend of the rail already and then just take like 2,3,4 pvc pipes the lenght of the rail(might have to be more than one piece if over 10 feet)and screw in all the pvc at each end and for more support if wanted drill hole in middle of the rail and put screw thru it so it makes the middle strong and that is how and get plywood if wanted to make it look clean and stuff like that
There you guys go

You can bend metal into a rollercoaster too. It is not that hard. I've done it myself.

I really don't get why you have to make so many threads. Its really not that hard.

if you want it to bend easier use a heat gun and run it along where the bend would be, it takes a little for it to head up but then it will bend and stay that way, but you have to keep it bended while it cools, otherwise it goes back to the normal shape.

the best way i can think of doing it is using a jig saw to cut out the shape of the roller coaster with 2 sheets of 1/2 inch ply. the jig saw can cut a curve.
skecth out how you want it on the ply and then cut. make another side the exact same.
connect and reinforce the two sides with 2/4's cut to whatever width you want the rail to be(the part you're sliding).
make sure that there are peices of 2x4 along the top and side edges and along the bottom. essentually a big frame.
put it on a long ass 2x6 the length of the ply. add legs to that 2x6.
then cut a thin strip of ply(probably 1/4in or smaller) the same size as the width of the frame you just built. you'll attach this to the top and cut enough peices to cover the top. put on ply or lexon on top of this ply.
no more rail questions.

oh yea, and use really small pvc pipes...thats what till make them bend. i think you can get atleast 25 foot custom ones from a plumbing supply place.
