I just picked up a specialized stumpjumper m2 fs mountain bikein perfect condition im not sure which year for $80. Is this a good deal?
mtn bikes are typically thousands of bucks, depending on how good the parts are. some forks alone cost a thousand bucks, so, yea. i'd say its a good deal.
it was a good deal, too good. i typicaly spend 1200-1500 on my bikes and i think you may have been short changed on parts, they may have changed out the good parts for some bad shit. or the person that sold it was real stupid
haha yea thats what i was thinking... you might wanna get the bike checked out if you dont know much about mountain bikes and wanna ride it... i've got a feeling somethings not right if you got it for 80 bucks.
just think... $80 for pretty much any kind of bike is a great deal. that is a sick bike too... i think.
yeah real good deal...i think they cost like 800 bucks

WTF? how did you get this!??! That's a really good deal yes!
Here is a little experiment:Think about the time you are on NS, Multiply it by 23,4, and put it as c in this: X= 3.1(4(b)-18)exposant -4.61/94.
Now, take your number and divide it by 3.1416. Add half of your NS member number. DOES THIS RESULT HELP YOU TO DO SOMETHING? Cool eh? You now have made all of this to get a worthless piece of shit number. Welcome to mathematics.
garage sale all the parts work fine
it has all the original parts that came on the bike.
That's a pretty damn good deal considering they're making a version of the stumpjumper now that goes for $4,000 or some ridiculous figure like that. I'm not much of a specialized fan, but the stumpjumper's definitely a good bike.
oh shit $80!?!?!? fuck yea thats good....does it have rear suspension??
my stumpjumper is the '06 model and it has dual suspension and it cost me $2200 buck dude...make sure its not fucked up or anything

it is a hardtail and its pretty old. i think from 1997 or sometime around there
oh..yikes. hardtail. havent ridden one of them in a loong time...ah well. haha alright it makes more sense that it was 80 bucks. but thats still cheap.. whatever its a good bike..probably :)
^stumpjumpers are still nice bikes tho. there going new right nor for about $1500
i'd be better at skiing if i had better places to ski

Holy shit 80$ for a stumpjumper if I was as crazy into xc as my friend I'd probably shit my self. Anyways you deffinaly got a steal on that bike, they run up in price range of 2000-3000$. Good job.

Just remember that as a Specialized owner you are required to shave your legs and know the weight of each part of your bike down to the gram.
That is such an old bike.
What kind of fork does it have?
Disk or the other kind brakes?
that made me laugh
i know a ton of people like that who know the weight of their bike down to the gram.. im one of them haha
i only ride hard tails, there the shit. but i do alot of dirt jumping
