The green next to the orange light pollution from the city is a little distracting, just because I can tell where it doesn't naturally flow into each other, it just becomes a little choppy in the lower right corner.
I actually dig the colors on this last one but you may want to re-crop it so the bottom of the ski jump is level rather than askew, it's a little distracting.
thanks! I was kind of bummed about the light pollution when I was shooting, hopefully going out to a better location soon. I tried to figure out some way to make the bottom of the ski jump run parallel to the horizon with lens corrections in lightroom but it didn't seem to do the trick.

Here are a couple from a road trip last week. I haven't played with them at all (I really don't have any experience working with any editors like PS or stuff like that).
i've taken pictures before but i think these ones are my best so far. also it's the first time i actually spent time editing pictures. any critiques or suggestions? i'm using picasa 3, t3i with 18-55mm.

I'm actually up in Alberta. We've got our own badlands up here too (and as it turns out, they look remarkably similar) and I live about half an hour from them. They're definitely pretty sweet though.

Yeah man. Dinosaur Provincial Park is super close here. Apparently it's one of the largest dinosaur fossil deposits in the world and is a world heritage site. I have friends who have farms that border the park and they often go walking and find random fossils and stuff all over. Definitely cool stuff.
