Seeing as there's been alot of them alter egos and bullshit accounts lately, I suggest some kinda 1 account per IP setting... That's all

That would be great if we all had static IP's, but we dont. You could do 1 account per range of IP's, but that wouldn't work either. And what about people with roommates or siblings in the same house.

Not the best idea in the world.

Yah we couldn't possibly do that, nobody uses unique IPs for internet computers anymore, every router does NAT now.
