Funny, I've never had any problems with any Apple product. When you deal with Apple you want to be as nice as possible to their tech support. I'm not kidding when I say they keep records on every aspect of the phone call, even the tone of your voice and how you speak to their reps. When you're nice to Apple, they're nice back.
They have my records from back in 1988 when my parents purchased an lcII+. Since then, I've purchased maybe 8 machines from them, all with extended warranties and even when I tell them I broke it doing something stupid they're exceptionally fast and nice about it. Don't lose your cool man. If you were a dick to me, I'd be one back to you.
