i was hanging out at my friends house jumping on her tramp... and i was pulling some backflips and front flips and some lincolns and shit... then all of a sudden when i started pulling back flips.. i was rotating not only backwards... but fowards on the tramp too.. so i got fucking launched off the tramp on teh ground... tried it again.. and got launched.... and one more time i tried it.. i fucked myself this time... landed with my back right on the springs(no pads on) and on teh pole too.. then bounbed off and landed on the ground on my back.. deffanatly some of the worst pain i have had in a long time...
can anyone help fix my problem of jumping fowards as i rotate in the air ? lol
